Course Description

This course will introduce students to using the computer. It will cover using different aspects of Google Drive, including Docs, Slides, Forms, Sheets, and Google Drawing. This course will help students develop basic computer skills that will be useful in many different areas of their schooling.

The students will sometimes have a small amount (15 min or so) of homework if an assignment was not completed all of the way in class.

To be successful in this class:

Student must be able to listen, follow directions, and have all of the required materials.

Grades: 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade

Fees: $115

Prerequisites:

Must be enrolled in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade at UHC Greenville- Hampton Heights campus.

• Student must have access to a Google account, either a student’s or a parent’s
• Student must have access to an email account
• Students must bring a Laptop to use in class. An ipad will not be sufficient. Each student must have their own laptop and not share with a sibling.
