Students will be divided into 4 groups for various learning stations based on age\, to include a ride on a guided horse\, horse painting\, and horse care. This is a fun\, outdoor trip\, so plan and dress accordingly.\nParents are encouraged to stay\, but they must stay for children in K3-K5\, or make arrangements for another parent to assist your child. This is a small\, sweet\, home farm so space is limited. Parents who stay can only have babies in arms\, though\, no other non-participating siblings. We need at least 3 parents to be able to stay to help with supervision for kids in grades 1st thru 5th.. When you register\, please let us know if you can stay. \nIf there are non-participating siblings\, suggestions are that you can visit Holston Creek Park or Campbell’s Covered Bridge (both less than 10 minute drives) while your student is at Sassy Stables.
