SUMMARY:UHC Greenville: Zip N Slip Snow Tubing
DESCRIPTION:Join us for 2 hours of tubing at Zip N Slip in NC on Tuesday\, February 20th from 10:00-12:00. We will have the whole snow park to ourselves! Each ticket is only $15 per person due to a HUGE homeschool discount! Children ages 3-5 are free with a paying adult. Children under the age of 3 are not allowed down the slope due to their insurance regulations. After tubing\, they provide marshmallows to roast. You can pack a lunch. Also\, a change of clothes are recommended as you will get messy. Please print out and sign a waiver that you can find online on their website for your family. There will be extra at the event as needed! Payment will be due on site when you arrive! We just need a headcount of who is attending.

UHC has been offered a group tour led by a Vietnam Veteran Memorial Fund staff member trained to engage students of all ages and backgrounds. The traveling exhibit honors the more than three million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces in the Vietnam War\, and it bears the names of the 58\,281 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam. \nThis unique opportunity provides an educational experience at a level impossible even at The Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington\, D.C. Tours run approximately one hour\, including a question-and-answer session. \nTour Includes\nHistory of the Wall – artist vision\, competition that choose the design\, and the significance of the layout. \nMobile Education Center – items left at The Wall\, Hometown Heroes\, In Memory Honor Roll\, Digital displays on the history\, sample of items left at The Wall. \nOur group is limisted to 125 attendees. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun time @ Pump It Up. We will get one hour in each inflatable arena to play! This is not a drop off event. Younger/older siblings are welcome to come with you-please register them. Anyone on the premises has to complete a waiver. We receive a discounted group rate\, and we must meet a minimum of 20 kids. Once we got deep into our research\, we realized you could get better pricing on several locations via the National Park Pass and/or using your homeschool association membership card. We also worked diligently to get group pricing at a resort right near Colonial Williamsburg\, but they would not agree to what we wanted for a large group. Therefore\, everyone is on their own for lodging and meals.
