It is a one-time obligatory requirement per family and must be done in order to register. Students need not attend. \nIf you are a current member with a new high school student\, you must be signed up for this seminar before you can enroll. Please note that your high school registration will not be secured until the class is completed. This is not to be harsh\, but rather because we have found over the years that there are many important details for our high school families as they travel the journey towards graduation that are communicated in this seminar. We want you to be prepared on the front end of the high school journey and not scrambling as you get near graduation. \nIf you want a consultation\, please note that on the sign up form. DESCRIPTION:A tour of our Lumineux Chocolate in Travelers Rest learning about how chocolate is made. This will include tasting through 3 different varieties of chocolate and learning about the cocoa origins for each one of them. Each participant will get to work together to create their own chocolate variety. The chocolate will need to run for 2-3 days\, and when it is finished\, we will mold it up into bars and package it\, then each kid will get a bar for themselves. As there is only so much room\, this is a drop off/pick up event. DESCRIPTION:Join us for some friendly competition and an opportunity to serve at our Middle and High School Christmas party! The party will be on campus\, directly after class\, on Thursday November 21st. Wear your best Christmas sweater for a chance to win a prize! There will be some festive games and snacks! Additionally\, we will be partnering with Church at the Mill to help with a missions service project. No need to bring anything\, but please RSVP.
