SUMMARY:TR MS - Pavilion Ice Skating Field Trip
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun and educational field trip at The Pavilion! We will tour the facility and learn all about ice rinks\, refrigeration\, and important components of ice skating and hockey. After the tour\, students will have the opportunity to take an ice skating and ice hockey lesson as well as have free time to ice skate. Lunch can be added for an additional fee or you may bring your own lunch. \nStudents may be dropped off for this event\, and we will need 2 chaperones to help supervise. Chaperones do not need to purchase a ticket. \nOther adults who would like to skate may purchase a ticket at the rink for $8.95. Siblings may attend as long as the parent is staying the entire time\, and you need to purchase a student ticket for them. \nCost:\n$12.21 (without lunch)\n$16.54 (includes lunch – 2 slices of pizza\, chips\, and a drink) \nRegistration will end Sunday March 29th and no refunds can be given after that date. DESCRIPTION:Parents of 5th Graders\, You’re invited to a celebratory clap out in honor of your 5th grader’s last day of school! We are so incredibly proud of these students and will miss them when they move up to middle school! Read on for more details: \nWhen: Wednesday\, April 8th. Parents arrive by 2:15pm \nNote: Parents should plan to arrive a little before 2:15 so you can park and find your spot in the tunnel. We do not want you to miss your 5th grader walking out! \nWhere: If the weather is nice\, we’d love to do this outside! Please park in the Parent Parking area. Gather near the Gym and you’ll be directed on where to stand! We will have K3-4th grade students\, plus you parents\, form a tunnel from all the way to the gym for our 5th graders to walk through while you clap and cheer! \nWhat to Bring: Yourselves! Posters\, balloons\, streamers\, etc. are also encouraged as a fun way to recognize their hard work and this incredible milestone of leaving elementary school. Tissues are also encouraged for those misty eyes! \nJust like a normal class day all parents will be asked to wait outside the Gym until all classes have entered the gym. Then parents will be able to enter and pick up their students. Please remember to bring your car tag! After you’ve picked up\, feel free to gather outside the Gym and take more pictures with your student’s friends\, teachers\, etc! All teachers have been asked to stay after for a little while so that pictures can be taken!

DESCRIPTION:Place: Grace Church Taylors/UHC Campus – 2701 Wade Hampton Blvd\, Taylors. \nRoom: Student Center (parking and entrance map) \nThis seminar is a one-time requirement per family for UHC High School Registration. \nHERE is a list of topics covered during the seminar. \nIf you are putting a student in our high school program\, even as an 8th grader\, this seminar is mandatory. If you are a current member with a new high school student\, you must be signed up for this seminar before you can enroll. Please note that your high school registration will not be secured until the class is completed. This is not to be harsh\, but rather because we have found over the years that there are many important details for our high school families as they travel the journey towards graduation that are communicated in this seminar. We want you to be prepared on the front end of the high school journey and not scrambling as you get near graduation. \nStudents are not required to attend. \nIf you would like an optional one-on-one consultation\, please note that on the sign up form. One consultation (20min) is included in your fee. You may request an additional consultation if you have a 2nd high school student. There is a $10 fee for the additional consultation. \nCOST \n\n$40 Registration: Includes registration for your entire family and optional consultation for 1 student.
