DESCRIPTION:Join us for an educational tour of Happy Cow Creamery! \nSeptember 11\, 10am-11:30pm\n*parents must attend with children; this is not a drop-off event* \nAll aged children are welcome to join this event. \nPlease purchase tickets for every person attending that’s 3 and older. Parent/child tickets are $8.55 per person. \nYou do not need to sign up for children 2 and under. However\, if you would like your younger child to have an ice cream at the end of the event\, please plan to bring $1 to pay directly to Happy Cow the day of the event. \nPlease arrive on-time. We will be starting the event promptly at 10:00. This event will last approx 1-1.5 hours. \n  \nTour information from Happy Cow:\nDuring our hour-long tour\, your group will take a trolley ride to see our lush grazing paddocks. You’ll also see our milking parlor where our “girls” work. Your guide will tell you the story behind Happy Cow Creamery and how with a touch of hard work and a lot of God’s grace we are able to offer our community healthy\, fresh\, and affordable products. \nOf course\, a sampling of our milk will be offered before the end of the tour. A single-serve ice cream is also included for all paying attendees. If one single serve isn’t enough there will be extras available for purchase for $1 inside the Happy Cow Creamery store. \nBring your own cooler and we’ll fill it with ice for free so you can shop and keep your items good and fresh. \nOur hope in offering tours is to educate our community about the importance of local agriculture and maybe even spark an interest in farming in our youth! \nBy the end of the day\, your group will leave our farm with a complete understanding of the concept “From Grass to Glass”. The tours are sure to be educational with a touch of good ol’ farm fun! So come join us and let us share what we feel will be a trip your group will remember for years to come! \nPlease note that our tours are outdoors and dependent on weather conditions.

SUMMARY:TR ELEM & MS - Field Trip at Skytop Orchard
DESCRIPTION:TR elementary & middle school families\, please join us for a fun day at the apple orchard! Our field trip will include an educational lesson as well as a wagon ride out to the orchard where each participant will be able to pick 1/4 peck (5-6) apples. After that\, everyone is free to explore Skytop on their own. This includes a playground area\, a bamboo forest\, and the barnyard animals. Please visit their website to see other activities they offer for an additional cost. Don’t forget to visit the market for yummy apple treats! \nOur tour is scheduled for 11:15\, so we will meet in the picnic area at 11:00 to get everyone checked in.The cost is $11.64 per participant ages 2 and up including adults (adults must also purchase a ticket). A parent is required to attend with students\, and younger siblings are welcome. Registration will end on September 20th and refunds cannot be given after that time.
