DESCRIPTION:All Drop/Add changes after July 16\,2025  will be charged a $25 late fee at the time of change. *Change to/from Honors is considered a Drop/Add.  The fee does not apply if your child is moved off a waitlist.\nAny enrolled student wishing to drop a class from UHC must do so on or before July 16\, 2025 in order to have their tuition payments refunded. After this date\, the tuition payment is deemed non-refundable. Enrollment fees\, lab and textbook fees\, and credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.\nFor any student who enrolls on the last enrollment day of July 21\, 2025\, his/her schedule is considered final and will be assessed the drop/add fee for any schedule changes requested after enrollment.\nAny high school student who drops a class MUST be entered into a focused study class if they choose to remain on campus during that class period.\nAfter the drop/add deadline of July 16\, 2025\, the student is considered enrolled for the school year and the entire tuition is assessed to the account. This means that dropping a class does not relieve the financial responsibility of the entire year’s tuition. Please refer to the Financial Agreement under Dropping a Class/Withdrawing from UHC for further information.

DESCRIPTION:Online Senior Class Reservation is the process by which rising seniors are able to login to Homebase for one day only in order to reserve spaces in classes for the upcoming year to ensure they have classes needed for graduation. Participating in online senior class reservation does not complete the enrollment process\, and parents are still required to participate in pre-enrollment and attend an enrollment appointment to complete registration for their senior students. Instructions for participating in online senior class reservation is emailed out to rising senior parents in advance of March 2.

DESCRIPTION:GREENVILLE & SPARTANBURG CAMPUSES \nThis is an ONLINE event: Online Pre-Enrollment for New Members is the process of signing up to come to an On-site Enrollment Day to register your students for the 2024-2025 school year if your students do not currently attend UHC. \nSteps to complete pre-enrollment beginning March 29th: \n\nFollow this link: Complete Online Pre-enrollment (Link will be live March 29\, 2024 at 8am)\nAt the link above\, click “Sign Up Now” and you will be prompted to answer the following questions:\n\n\n\n\nProvide your phone number.\nWhich campus you wish for your student(s) to attend.\nList all student(s) you wish to enroll and the grade(s) you wish to enroll them in.\nHave you previously attended UHC?\nDo any of your students have learning struggles?\nAre you planning to sign-up for dual enrollment with NGU or Bob Jones?\nList YOUR NAME as the attendee. Once you click {Sign Up} you will be pre-enrolled.\nNOTE: Please ONLY submit ONE ENTRY PER FAMILY\, NOT PER CHILD. Multiple entries slows down the process for all.\n\n\n\n3. You will be assigned your enrollment appointment on this UHC Enrollment Appointment document to come to an On-Site Enrollment Day. Enrollment Appointments will be published on Monday\, April 1. You will need to check this document periodically\, as appointments shift due to cancellations until 24 hours prior to an enrollment day. \nPlease be sure to reference the enrollment page of our website to ensure you complete the required steps prior to enrollment day.
