Course Description

This course provides students with exposure to leadership styles, values, and challenges, as well as the theory that informs contemporary leadership practices and issues. This course will enable students to analyze and assess their own management and leadership strengths and weaknesses, and it will encourage them to act intelligently to grow in their own roles as managers and leaders in the present and the future.

Grades: 11th Grade, 12th Grade

Fees: $375 plus books

Course Credit: 1 High School Elective credit AND 3 college credit hours
