Student ID Policy and Replacement

Safety Policy regarding ID’s

For the safety of our students, teachers, and staff, all 3rd-12th grade students must WEAR a 2025-2026 UHC ID badge at all times. This ID must be ON the student (not on or in a backpack) and visible.
To enter the building, your student MUST have their ID on their person and visible. Your student will be given an ID when their photo is taken and each student will have one free replacement if theirs is lost. After that, the replacement fee for each additional ID will be $12. Parents will be called to confirm and the price of the ID will be added to your account.

To obtain a replacement ID:

See your campus manager for your FIRST free replacement ID.
If additional ID’s are needed please fill out this form. Please note that your account will be charged $12 for replacement ID.
