3rd Grade Geography TR
Course Description
Geography for 3rd grade will focus on an in-depth study of the 50 states of America using Notgrass Our 50 States. Students will learn geographic terms in relation to the topography of each state, all while practicing map skills. The curriculum includes two lessons per state, which includes facts about the history, physical features, population, and hands-on activities. Notgrass literature selections will also add to the depth of this comprehensive geography curriculum. A $3 supply fee for a binder, pre-labeled dividers, and map packet is included in this course.
Homework will be 1 day per week. See the chart below for homework examples.

Listen and participate in class; complete assigned work on time; and follow instructions.

Experience: Corinne previously worked in the public school system and taught online from 2009- 2021.
Certifications: Multi- Categorical Special Education and Reading to Succeed.
Homeschool Experience: She began her homeschooling journey in 2021.
