UHC is an approved independent course provider (vendor) with ESTF program as of 2026-2027 school year.

If you are enrolling at UHC and would like to use your ESTF funds, you will need to complete the following items during your enrollment appointment:

• Bring ESTF Acceptance Letter
• Sign UHC ESTF Payment Contract (provided during enrollment appointment)
• Pay ALL Enrollment and Registration Fees at enrollment, including ESTF registration fee. These fees (paid out-of-pocket) will be refunded back to you after your final ESTF payment is received. Your enrollment will not be finalized and classes will not be secured unless these fees are paid at enrollment.
• Note: Due to program regulations, Opt-Out Fees and Graduation Fees are not ESTF-eligible.

UHC Invoice will be emailed to you (in a PDF format) several business days after your enrollment appointment.

By enrolling in the ESTF Payment program,  you are agreeing to terms & conditions, cost, payment deadlines, and other financial matters as stated in UHC FINANCIAL AGREEMENT.
