December 6th- GVL Craft Day Sign Up Form
Let’s Celebrate Christmas with a day of Fun and Festivity!
What: UHC’s annual Elementary Christmas Craft Day! Students will rotate craft and game stations throughout the morning to make special Christmas crafts and play Christmas themed games. While having fun and being creative, we will celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, sing together, and enjoy a snack.
There will be TWO GVL Christmas Craft Days this year – Both event days will be doing EXACTLY the same crafts – Please only sign up for 1 day: either December 4th or December 6th.
Who: K4 through 5th graders are invited! *All K4/K5 students must be accompanied by a parent or other adult. Unfortunately, parents cannot bring toddlers or mobile infants as this event is not suitable for those ages.
When:
Monday, December 4, 2023 from 9:10am to 12:15pm
OR
Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 9:10am to 12:15pm
Where: UHC GVL- Hampton Heights Campus- GYM
Cost: $12.75 per student payable upon sign up below.
**Important to Remember**
- If your child has special dietary needs, please send a snack they can eat. The snack provided will be goldfish and water.
- Drop off/pick up will take place in the regular UHC Hampton Heights Carline or you may park and walk your students into the Gym. You may drop off from 8:45-9:10am.
- K4 and K5 students must have a parent stay the day. See note above about baby and toddler siblings.
- Sign Up fees are refundable up to Friday, December 1st, 2023. After that date, sign up fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
