Enrollment
Enrollment at UHC is a three-step process. Please read below for details.
Online Pre-Enrollment is the process by which you complete a brief application to register for an on-site enrollment appointment. You will create a profile on Homebase, our software program used for registration, and complete a short form. Completing online pre-enrollment does not enroll your student for the upcoming year; it is simply the necessary first step in enrollment.
You may complete online pre-enrollment by clicking here. Pre-enrollment will open for submissions on March 1, 2026 at 8:30pm, but you may login beginning February 16 to create a profile, fill out, and save your application. Please note, the pre-enrollment application and intake form are not mobile-friendly. It will be best to complete these forms on a computer or tablet.
Enrollment appointments will be scheduled within three weekdays of pre-enrollment submission, and you will receive a notification via text and email.
Current members who submit pre-enrollment on Friday, March 13 and following will be placed at the beginning of new member enrollment. These enrollments will retain priority over new member families.
Once you have submitted your online pre-enrollment application, you will then be prompted to complete a longer family intake form. This form must be completed prior to attending your enrollment appointment, and collects much more detailed information regarding your family and your student’s education needs. Our team will review this information prior to your appointment and discuss it with you in person. The intake form does not have to be completed immediately in order to receive an appointment, but it is required prior to arriving for your enrollment appointment.
Once you’ve completed pre-enrollment, you will be prompted to complete your intake form. If you’d like to do it at a later time, you may also access the intake form to complete and submit it by logging in on the pre-enrollment link (click here).
Following your completion of online pre-enrollment, our Registrar will assign an appointment for you at one of our on-site enrollment days. You will be notified of your appointment via text and email by the end of day on Friday, March 6 if you’ve pre-enrolled by that time. Pre-enrollments submitted after March 6 will be scheduled within three weekdays of submission.

At your on-site enrollment appointment, you can expect to:
- Meet with an administrator for a guidance counselor-type interview
- Discuss, finalize, and register students in classes with directors
- Sign up for parent assistant hours
- Purchase car tags
- Make payments and set up payment plans
Enrollment appointments are assigned in the order that pre-enrollment applications are submitted. Current members receive appointments prior to new members, and our enrollment days are divided as such. Please see the listing below of tentative enrollment days for the 2026-2027 school year.
At each enrollment day, we enroll students for all campuses, with the exception of March 5, 2026 (see note below). Please note this means that you will come to the scheduled enrollment campus for your enrollment appointment, not necessarily the campus where your students will be enrolled.Current Member Enrollments:
