UHC Beta Club Application

I must be currently enrolled in 6th or 7th grade classes at UHC and plan to return.

I maintain a B average (3.0 GPA) or higher at UHC and home.

I understand that if I attend less than three classes at UHC, I must submit a report card.

I understand that the UHC Executive Director will review my application before an invitation is sent to me.

I must complete a minimum of 15 community service hours per year.

I must pay national dues of $24 plus UHC dues of $8.
