Morning Arrival:

• Students should be escorted into the Gym and put in their appropriate grade level area by their parents in the mornings from 8:45am – 9:00am.  For their safety, please do NOT drop your children off in the parking lot and have them walk in by themselves.
• Teachers and Parent Assistants will be present in the Gym to take attendance and walk each class to their appropriate classroom at 8:55am.
• Elementary Parents/Students only:  If you desire to walk your students all the way to their classroom you may, but you will need to wait in the Gym with their class and walk with the class when it’s time to go to the classroom.
• Doors will close at 9:05am as the class day starts at 9:00am.

Afternoon Dismissal:

• Early Dismissals– If you need an early dismissal for any reason, please fill out the Early Dismissal Request Form.  Staff will receive your request and have your student ready for you to pick up at Door B at the time you specify in the form.  All early dismissals must be completed by 2:00pm. We will not be able to accommodate early dismissals between 2:00-2:30pm as we are preparing for dismissal.
• There will be NO AFTERNOON CARLINE PICK UP.
• ALL students will be in the Gym.  Elementary students will be seated by class.  Middle School students will be in their designated area.  Parents (or their designee) should park and walk to the Gym.
• All parents or pick up designees, MUST BRING THEIR PARKING PERMIT or a picture of it to show when entering and exiting the building with students.
• Please note, if you arrive before 2:25pm the classes will all be walking from the classrooms to the Gym for dismissal. Please do not pull your students out of line as this could inadvertently cause the teacher/staff members to think a child may be missing. Once all children have been seated in the Gym, parents will be let in to pick up their students.
• Late Fee:  Parents arriving after 2:45pm for pick up will be charged a $15 late fee.

Entrance to the building: Visitors on campus must have prior approval from a director. Visitors on campus will need to show ID and confirm appointment on campus. Please text or call the number posted on the door to be let into the building.

Parking:

All visitors should park in the Parent Parking areas as designated by the GREEN highlighted line on the campus map.

Parking Info:

• No matter the reason on campus, parents should park in the Parent Parking areas as designated by the GREEN highlighted line on the campus map.
• All family members who drive and park on campus to serve or attend a meeting must read the parking permit agreement and purchase a parking permit to be displayed by hanging from the rearview mirror of the vehicle any time the car is on co-op premises.
• To purchase an additional UHC parking permit, please fill out the Parking Permit Request Form and the Travelers Rest Campus Manager will get you a new parking permit.
